After months of negotiations, a major labor union has reached an agreement with Maryland Transit Solutions in regard to the construction of the upcoming Purple Line. The University of Maryland has launched a platform that allows student-athletes to make money off their name, image, and likeness. It’s called “Maryland Marketplace”.

On the flip side, sadly more than a dozen Baltimore schools are without AC this week and had to resort to half-day schedules all week.
