Noochie, the innovative hip-hop artist known for his “Front Porch” series, just coming off the premiere of the episode with singer-songwriter Tweet, has announced a thrilling new project, ‘Noochie Live From the Porch at Duke Ellington,’ a showcase dedicated to spotlighting young, local, emerging artists from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, DC.
This series, in collaboration with Sade Sweetney and Qasim Inc., is a testament to Noochie’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent. The artists selected for the upcoming #FrontPorchSeries were chosen for their exceptional skills and potential to shape the future of music.
The line-up for this series includes a diverse range of artists, each bringing their unique style to the stage. The featured talents are Cynaa Nicole, Nate G and The Crew off 35th Street, Cold Chris, Kendyll, Locxserenity, JJ, and Hod. Destn. This selection highlights the rich pool of talent at Ellington and reflects Noochie’s vision of fostering a platform for young artists to flourish.
