On Saturday, March 22, the energy on North Avenue in Baltimore was undeniable. At 16 West North, two of the city’s rising creative forces—INFAMOUS888® and ROA—came together for an exclusive pop-up event to celebrate the release of their custom collaborative Air Force 1 sneaker and a fresh drop of limited-edition merch. The streets were buzzing, and the vibes inside were just as electric, thanks in part to a soundtrack curated by local favorite Styles Bond.
The pop-up was more than just a product release—it was a community experience. Founders Craig Williams (INFAMOUS888®) and his Wei (ROA) brought their vision to life through thoughtful design, intentional storytelling, and genuine local love. What started as a creative concept for an editorial shoot turned into something bigger—a sneaker, a pop-up, and a moment.
“This was never supposed to be a big thing,” Craig shared in an interview at the event. “But it turned into something more than what we expected. We capitalized on the momentum and made it a true experience for the city.”

The centerpiece of the event was the custom Air Force 1, but guests also had the opportunity to cop exclusive tees featuring the ROA signature logo and a special “Walking Work of Art” design—part of a collab with local artist Soduh. The event perfectly captured the spirit of Baltimore streetwear: bold, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity.

INFAMOUS888®, founded in 2015 by Williams, continues to define what it means to blend high fashion with the raw edge of streetwear. ROA, meanwhile, is building a reputation for tapping into the creative pulse of Baltimore and pushing boundaries through art and fashion.
“We just wanted to show love to everybody today,” said one of the event hosts. “This is for the city. For the culture.”
